Scope. These terms govern use of this website only. They are not a commercial or product contract. The IAGA Sentinel Enterprise agreement and any Data Processing Agreement are separate documents and are not covered here.
1. Acceptable use
You may browse and use this site for lawful, informational purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt or attack the site, scrape it abusively, or gain unauthorized access to it or its infrastructure.
2. The software is licensed separately
IAGA Sentinel, the software, is governed by its own license, not by these terms. The current v2.0.0 licensed work is source-available under BUSL-1.1 and changes to Apache-2.0 on 3 May 2030. The license shipped with each release controls its terms and Change Date. See the repository.
3. Intellectual property
The website's content, design, and trademarks belong to IAGA unless otherwise indicated. Software components remain under their respective licenses.
4. Informational content, no warranty
The content here is general information about IAGA Sentinel, provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Statements about future features, including roadmap and Enterprise capabilities, are not commitments. We may change or remove content at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IAGA is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.
6. External links
This site links to third-party sites such as GitHub and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, the competent courts are those of Paris, France, where IAGA has its registered office.
